• Prepare 30ml distilled water or/and witch hazel, 1 tsp of rubbing alcohol and 10-15 drops of the essential oil blend
• Add rubbing alcohol first to the spray bottle.
• Add essential oils and screw the cap on tightly, shake vigorously until well blended.
• Finally, add water and shake again.

Applying Insect Repellent Blend directly on the skin is the best option to keep the insects away.

Make sure to dilute pure essential oils for topical use. Mix a few drops with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil and rub to the body.
