• Diffusion : Use a diffuser or humidifier to inhale the essential oil and follow the manufacturer's instructions. 
• Skin Care : Add essential oils to your favourite cosmetic products such as toners, serums or moisturizer. Do a patch test before first use.
• Massage : Dilute essential oils with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil and gently massage.
• Hair Care : Mix a few drops of Oil with a carrier oil like Argan Oil, and apply it directly to your scalp.
• Bath : Add a few drops of essential oils to your bath.

Natural Room Spray

1. Prepare 100ml empty spray bottle.
2. Add 30-50 drops of essential oil blend (approx. 1.5ml - 2.5ml)
3. Add 5ml Rubbing Alcohol and shake well.
4. Fill the bottle with distilled water and shake again.
5. Don't forget to give it a good shake before each use.

Essential Oil Roll On

1. Get an empty 10ml roller bottle ready. 
2. For 20% dilution, add 50 drops of Essential Oil to roller bottle.
3. Fill the rest with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
4. Cap on and shake well. 
5. Don't forget to give it a good shake before each use.

Essential Oil Body Spray

1. Prepare 100ml empty spray bottle.
2. Add 30ml of Witch Hazel 
3. Add 10-15 drops of Essential Oil
4. Fill the rest with distilled water.
5. Remember to give it a good shake before each use.
