How to make Sleep Spray

1. Fill the spray bottle (9ml) with Linen Spray Base.
2. Add 1-2 drops of Sweet Dreams Essential Oil Blend.
3. Cover the spray bottle, shake it up and do a test spray to see if you like the smell. If you want a stronger smell, add more essential oil.
4. Use the spray wherever you need. Make sure to shake well before each use.

** Recommended Essential Oil Dosage is 10-12 drops per 100ml Base
