Chakra and Essential Oils

The word 'chakra' refers to one of the seven sites, starting from the root of the spine to the crown of the head. Each Chakra governs its own bodily, emotional and spiritual energy.
Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts made from flowers, leaves, stems, bark, roots or other parts of a plant. They are widely used to support mental, emotional, and physical health. Essential oils are great for treating chakra imbalances.
