Oil Of Cloves For Toothache

Oil of cloves is regarded as a natural remedy to relieve tooth pain. Cloves contain an active ingredient that numbs the nerves in your mouth.

  1. Dilute 1-2 of clove oil with olive oil.
  2. Dab clean cotton into the solution, allowing it to soak in.
  3. Apply the cotton to the sore tooth or gently wipe the oil over your gums at the point of pain.
  4. Allow the oil to sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Reapply every 2 to 3 hours for relief.


Clove Oil For Mould Removal

One of the main reasons oil of clove is a popular mould remover is that it actually kills the spores, rather than just bleaching and hiding them.

Natural Mould Removal Spray DIY For Walls and Ceilings

  1. Combine 1L of water with a 1/4 tsp clove oil in a spray bottle, screw on the lid and shake to combine. Do not make it any more potent as it may damage surfaces.
  2. Spray lightly over the affected area and leave for 24-48 hours.
  3. Clove Oil will kill the mould spores so after 24 hours of application, you will need to wipe over the area using a cloth dipped into a 4:1 mix of vinegar and water. Doing this will remove and kill any remaining dead spores.


Clove Oil for Shower Mould

  • Mix vinegar, three drops of clove oil and half a cup of baking soda. 
  • Dip a toothbrush in the mixture and brush the grout thoroughly.
  • Spray the solution on the surface and leave it to dry.


Clove Oil for Mould on Leather

  1. Mix three drops of clove oil with half a cup of coconut oil.
  2. Wipe mouldy areas in a circular motion.
  3. Dry in a well-ventilated area.
