Thymus vulgaris

Thyme essential oil is derived from the leaves and flowers of Thymus vulgaris using a steam distillation method.

The 'thymol' in thyme is very effective at reducing inflammation and infection thanks to its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal properties.

Another main active compound 'carvacrol', one of the strongest antimicrobial actions, also offers many health-promoting benefits. 

Picea mariana

Black Spruce essential oil is derived from the needles and twigs of Picea mariana using a steam distillation method. With its crisp, fresh, forest-like aroma, Spruce Oil is widely used in aromatherapy to reduce stress and anxiety.

Laurus nobilis

Bay Laurel essential oil is made from the Bay Laurel tree (Laurus nobilis) through the extraction process of steam distillation. Energising Laurel Oil has a sweet, herbaceous aroma. It is also said to be strongly anti-viral.
